SHABIRA CHAIRUNNISA. 2014. 8143145185. Analisis Pelaksanaan Sistem Penyimpanan Arsip pada Divisi OCBC Kantor Cabang PT Adira Insurance Soepomo Jakarta. Program Studi D3 Sekretari. Fakultas Ekonomi. Universitas Negeri Jakarta. This scientific paper aims to find out about archive storage system at OCBC Division of Adira Insurance Soepomo Branch Office in Jakarta. The method used in this study is a descriptive analysis of the method of data collection through the observation and the library to study. Based on the results of this paper, can be known that archival storage system should use a sotrage system based on the subject Then, the archives should be saved based on the procedure of archival storage. The company should provide and complete the facilities and equipments in order to avoid from any risks and maintain the value of the archives.
