Abstract

RIZKY KAHARUDIN. 2015. 8223128304. Analisis efektifitas promosi pada PT TAMAN IMPIAN JAYA ANCOL.Program studi DIII manajemen pemasaran. Jurusan Manajemen. Fakultas Ekonomi. Universitas Negeri Jakarta. This paper has purpose to know about the impact service quality of customer satisfaction in PT Taman Impian Jaya Ancol. The writer take the title to find out what type of promotion is effective in the promotion mix is used. The method used is a descriptive analysis with searching trought library,observation and quetioner. Technical analysis used of data is descriptive analysis, the data has been collected will be processed with SPSS. From the results of this paper can be concluded that there are some indicators that are less effective promotions , the dimensions of word to mouth with indicator dimensions community information through direct marketing by telephone and fax indicators , and dimensions are indicators through magazine. Among the promotional mix , the most effective is a sales promotion with the greatest presentation select strongly agree and agree .
