Abstract

ABSTRACT Aisyah Elia Susanti, 2011; The Influence of Presence and Organizational Commitment Motivation t o The Employee Performance at Branch Office I and II of PT. Bank "X" in Jakarta. Skripsi, Jakarta : Concentration in Human Resource Management, Management Studies Program, Department of Management, Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta. The purpose of this study were: 1) To know the description of Presence, organizational commitment, employee performance PT. Bank "X" Branch I and II of Jakarta. 2) To determine the relationship Presence with employee performance. 3) To determine the relationship of organizational commitment to employee performance. 4) To determine the relationship Presence and organizational commitment to employee performance. The object that is used in this study were 35 employees sacara observed data panel four evaluation period the bank "X" in the year 2010. Analytical techniques used in this study is the Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. F-test and t-test was used to test the hypothesis with a significant level of 5%. From the research results obtained are not all independent variables have a significant effect terahadap employee performance. Only variables that organizational commitment is measured from the period of employment variables significantly influence the employee's performance as seen from Key Performance Indicators, while the Presence of the absences of employees who measured no significant effect on employee performance. But simultaneously all the independent variables significantly influence employee performance. Meanwhile, R Squared of 0.431109, which means the predictive ability of regression model is 43.11%. T test results on the variable Presence of 1.140095 or smaller than the value of ¬ t-table that is equal to 1.68957 which means there is no significant effect between Presence with performance. But for the life of a proxy for organizational commitment variable, t statistic of 2.482286. So it can be said that the organizational commitment of employees affect a company's performance significantly. Fstat probability value of 0.0000 <0.05, which means Presence and commitment to the organization as a simultaneous effect on employee performance. Key words: Presence, organizational commitment, employee performance.
