Abstract

ABSTRACT Chahya melati, 2011; Influence of Job Satisfaction and Organizational Commitment towards Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) at PT. Lativi Mediakarya (tvOne) Jakarta. Skripsi: Jakarta, Human Resource Management Concentration, Management Study Program, Department of Management, Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta. The purpose of the research are: 1) To know the description for job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) at PT. Lativi Mediakarya (tvOne) Jakarta 2) To know the influence of job satisfaction towards Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) at PT. Lativi Mediakarya (tvOne) Jakarta. 3) To know the influence of organizational commitment towards Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) at PT. Lativi Mediakarya (tvOne) Jakarta. 4) To know the influence of job satisfaction and organizational commitmente towards Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) at PT. Lativi Mediakarya (tvOne) Jakarta. The analysis implemented in this research are simple regression and multiple regression analysis. The method of this research is simple random sampling, that took 49 employees at Production departement , data collected by using quitionaire and cultivated using SPSS 16.0. The result of t test for job satisfaction is 6.749, and the signification is 0.000. This shows that there is a significant effect between job satisfaction towards Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). The result of t test for organizational commitment is 2.051, and the signification is 0.040. This shows that there is a sigificant effect between organizational commitment towards Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). The result of F test is 23.791, and the signification is 0.000. This shows that there is a significant effect between job satisfaction and organizational commitment towards Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). The result of R2 is 0.508 or 50.8%. It means Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) is affected by job satisfaction and organizational commitment as much as 50.8%. Keywords: job satisfaction, organizational commitment,OCB
