Abstract

DENNY R KURNIAWAN. 2012. 8223067780. Product Quality ELPIJI PT. PERTAMINA (Persero) According to the Consumer Perception. DII Marketing Study Program. Department of Management. Faculty of Economics. State Universuty of Jakarta. This paper has a purpose to find out about the effect of product quality ELPIJI PT. PERTAMINA (Persero) on consumer perceptions. The method used in this research is descriptive analysis with the method of data collection through literature study, observations and interviews From the results of these studies can be seen that the quality of the tube and the net weight ELPIJI greatly affect consumer perception.
