Abstract

ELFA VERDIANTHY. 2012. 8223097587. Analysis Of Purchasing Decision J.CO Donuts & Coffee at Kalibata City Square. Study Program of DIII Marketing Management, Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta. This scientific research is created to describe what factors which influence purchasing decision in J.CO Donuts & Coffee at Kalibata City Square. The method used in this research is descriptive analysis by using data gathered through a literature study, questionnaires and documentation. J.CO Donuts & Coffee is domestic product which uses the concepts of overseas which perfected with modernization and quality. The products J.CO Donuts & Coffee include donuts, coffee, chocolate, and yogurt. J.CO Donuts & Coffee comes with applying the concept of open kitchen. In addition, the nuance which full of warmth also makes J.CO as the most convenient place to enjoy a donut and a cup of coffee. J.CO Donuts & Coffee is also equipped with wifi making it easier for consumers to access the internet. This is one that can influence consumers to make purchasing at J.CO Donuts and Coffee. From the research results can be seen that the factors that influence purchasing decisions J.CO Donuts & Coffee viewed from two factors are internal factors and external factors. Internal factor are psychologist factor in one individual which affect to taking decision process while external factors are factors from outside the individual.
