Program Studi D III Manajemen Pemasaran. Jurusan Manajemen. Fakultas Ekonomi. Universitas Negeri Jakarta. This scientific work aims to find out how to analyze the impact of product quality for the Yamaha Mio customer loyalty ( data survey for Yamaha Mio motorcycle users in the State University of Jakarta ). The method in this research is descriptive analysis by collecting data from library and interviewing Yamaha Mio motorcycle users in the State University of Jakarta. From the result research, known that product quality often as a special consideration for the consumer before deciding to buy the product needed. Consumer prefer to choose the practice, comfort, energetic and atmosphere friendly transportation as one alternate to overcome the time limit. Consumer will be satisfied if their hopes are filled and feel very happy when their expectation is gone one over. The satisfy consumer disposed to keep the loyalty longer, purchase more, not sensitive about the price changes and the discussion will give benefit to the company.
