Abstract

ABSTRACT RENNY KUSUMA WARDHANI. “The Influence Organizational Culture and Job Satisfaction Of Turnover Intention on Employees of PT Indonesia Kopitiam Oey Indonesia Central Jakarta. Thesis. Study Program of Economic Education. Concentration in Education Administration Offices. Department of Economics and Administration. Faculty Of Economics. State University Of Jakarta. 2014. Lecturer Supervisor: Drs. Henry Eryanto, M.M and Maisaroh, M.Si Research is done on employees PT Kopitiam Oey Indonesia over 2 (two) months effective as since may 2014 until june 2014. Method research conducted is method of surveying by approach correlational. Population research was all employees of PT Kopitiam Oey Indonesia which totaled 43 employees. Samples taken that 36 people, 5% of the population. The technique of sampling with proportional random technique. Based on multiple regression model equation = 117,264-0,306X 1 -0,436X . Further analysis of the requirements of the test siginifikasi value desire switch (Y), organizational culture (X 2), job satisfaction (X21) and the significance of the residual is 0,200 which are all more than 0,05 then received data means data H0 gaussian normal. The results of these tests can noted that the value of siginifikasi on the deviation from linearity of 0,645. Because of the significance of more than 0,05 the inconclusive H0 is rejected that organizational culture with a desire to have a linear effect switching. be aware that the value of signification on the deviation from linearity of 0,433. Because of the significance of more than 0,05 the inconclusive between job satisfaction and turnover intention linear relationship has moved. Hypothesis testing with test F count 19,924 > F 3,28, that Ho is rejected, so that it can be concluded the organizational culture and job satisfaction simultaneously affect the desire of the switch and test with t tabel count of organizational culture -3,745 < -t -1,692 H0 is rejected, so it can be concluded that the organizational culture has a significant negative influence on the desire of the switch. T count tabel of job satisfaction 3,576 < t -1,692 so H0 is rejected, it can be concluded that job satisfaction has a significant negative influence on the desire of the switch. Test coefficient of determination produce r tabel 2 of 0,547. This shows 54,7% variansi variable Y determined by variable X 1 dan X .
