Abstract
This paper aims to describe Strength,Weakness, Opportunity and Threat of marketing strategy in product Express Unit PT Jalur Nugraha Ekakurir. Based on the results of the research it can be seen that marketing strategy Prudential has several major advantages than other delivery service. That has very competitive rates and flexible, reputation has been known for more than 25 years, product variations are competent, having a lot of ease one of which JNE has more than 1500 outlets.
