Abstract

ABSTRACT SHANTI RATNAWATI. Relationship Between Ability with Performance Of Employees in TRAC. Concentration Educational Administration Office, Department of Economics and Administration, Faculty of Economics, University of Jakarta, 2015. This study aimed to determine the relationship between ability with performance on employee's Marketing Officer TRAC. The method used was a survey method with the correlational approach. The population in this study were all employees of TRAC, while the accessibility of the population are employees of Marketting Officer TRAC in the region in the island of Java . Sampling by 99 employees of the table Isaac & Michael for error level of 5% of randomly selected the 78 employees. The sampling technique in this study is a simple random technique (Simple Random Sampling Technique). The simple regression equation obtained was Y = 3,61 + 0,45X. Test requirements analysis to test the normality of the estimated error of regression of Y on X indicates that the estimated error of regression of Y on X is normally distributed. In a hypothesis test, test and test significance linearity states mean and linear regression. Correlation coefficients is calculated using the formula of Pearson Product Moment generating r for 0,507 while the results of the obtained t Test for significance 5,12 and 1,67 t xy table . Due t hitung > t it can be concluded that there is a significant relationship between the ability with performance of employee's Marketting Officer TRAC. The calculation of the coefficient of determination shows 25,67% of the variation in Y is determined by the variable X. The conclusion from this study is that there is a positive and significant relationship between the ability with Performance In Marketting Officer Employee TRAC. Keywords: Ability, Performance
