Abstract

ABSTRACT NAUFAL TAUFIQ PUTRA, The Internship report PT K – Link Nusantara . Majoring S1 Management Study. Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta, 2017. Implementation of The Internship Report (PKL) gain experience related to the study, to meet one of the lecture program S1 management Faculty of Economics State University of Jakarta and give the students knowledge in the field of human resources Regarding the process of create a Database of employees participating in Family Gathering events, create a K-Link Anniversary shirt size Database, recapitulate the use of Bluebird taxi vouchers, create a K-System uniform Database, create email Databases From LinkedIn, create a late employee data recapitulation for January - July, create a product claims and employee treatment Databases, create employee data for PAP Smear. In addition, to build and improve the good relations between State University of Jakarta with the company. PKL held on PT K – Link Nusantara where are located at Jl. Gatot Subroto Kav 59A, Kuningan timur , Setiabudi , Jakarta Selatan , DKI Jakarta. Implementation of PKL for 40 workdays at the start since July 10 to 12 September , 2017. The internee placed on the field HR & GA . In the previous PKL can be concluded that the internee build experience and new knowledge in the work managing Human Resource management in PT K – Link Nusantara .
