Abstract

ABSTRACT FADIL ARDHIANSA. The Influence of Organizational Culture and Organizational Commitment to Employee Performance at Cattle Breeders Cooperative North Bandung. KPSBU Lembang. 2017 This study aims to determine the influence of organizational culture and organizational commitment to employee performance in North Bandung cattle breeders, either partially or simultaneously. This research uses survey method with quantitative approach. Data collection using document recording techniques, observations and questionnaires. Population in this research is employees at cooperative cow breeder north bandung year 2016 which amount 240 employees with sample 120 employees. Data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression, and hypothesis test consisting of t test and F test. Based on result of data analysis known that there is partial influence between organizational culture with employee performance. Can be seen from the data analysis that shows the value of t_hitung of 3.460 is greater than t_tabel of 1.980. Partial organizational commitment also affects employee performance, this is seen from the results of data analysis shows the value of t_hitung 4.969 greater than t_table of 1.980 simultaneously there is influence between organizational culture and organizational commitment to employee performance. Can be seen from the data analysis that shows the value of F_hitung of 24.969 is greater than the value F_table of 3.07. There is a positive influence between organizational culture and organizational commitment to employee performance with double correlation coefficient 0.547, thus, the research hypothesis is accepted, then the coefficient of determination ( is 29.9%.
