Abstract
Muhammad Hashfi Aufar, Relationship between Halal Label and Packaging with Purchasing Decision of Pringles Light Food Products to Students of Faculty of Economics at Jakarta State University. Faculty of Economics, Jakarta State University. This research was conducted at Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta, for 6 months from January to June 2018. The purpose of this research is to know the relationship between halal label and packaging with purchase decision of Pringles snack product at the students of Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta. The method of research that researchers use is a survey method with correlational approach, the population used is all students of the Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta. The sampling technique used is Purposive sampling technique of 106 people. The resulting regression equation is Ŷ = 65,394 + 0,470 X1 + 0,444 X2. Test requirement analysis that is test of normality with Kolmogorov-Smimov test with significance level (α) = 5% or 0,05 and yield significant level Y value equal to 0,200, X1 value equal to 0,200, X2 value equal to 0,200. Because the level of significance of these three variables> 0.05 it can be concluded that the data is normally distributed and can be used in further analysis. The linearity regression test of Y over X1 yields Fcount <Ftable is 964 <3.072 and the regression linearity test of Y over X2 yields Fcount <Ftable is 1.482 <3.072, so it is concluded that the regression equation is linear. From significance test of regresi Y over X1 and X2 yield Fcount> Ftable that is, 37,232> 3,072, so it can be concluded that, the regression equation is significant. Furthermore, t test and Y yielded over X1 tct = 6.179 and ttable = 1.65978, Y over X2 tcount = 3.765 and ttable = 1.65978. Thus, it can be concluded that, the correlation coefficient is positive and significant. The result of the calculation of the coefficient of determination can be seen the value of R Square (R2) of 0.420. So that the ability of the Halal and Packaging Label variables to explain the decision to purchase Pringles snack products at students of the Faculty of Economics, Jakarta State University simultaneously is 42.0% while the remaining 58.0% is influenced by other variables not examined.
