Abstract
ABSTRACT THE EFFECT OF COMPANY PERFORMANCE, IMPLEMENTATION OF TOTAL QUALITY MANAGEMENT AND EXTERNAL ENVIRONMENT TOWARD COMPETITIVE ADVANTAGES RIFQISANI The purpose of this study was to determine the effect the performance of the company, the implementation of Total Quality Management and the external environment on competitive advantage in a company. Research methodology used is through questionnaires with 206 respondents. Respondents were choosen by simple random sampling technique and then analyzed using a regression model Results of this research is the discovery of the effect of the company's performance, implementation of TQM and external environmental on competitive advantage in a company. This is evidenced by the results of studies showing that the significance of all the variables are under 0.05 (a <0.05) Keywords: Company performance, Implementation of Total Quality Management, xternal environment, Competitive advantage
