Abstract

YUNISA LESTARI, 8105153692. The Relationship between Job Satisfaction and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) on Employees in The Central Office of Muamalat Bank Indonesia. Thesis, Jakarta : Study prigram of Economic Education, Faculty of Economic, State University of Jakarta. The purpose of this research aims to know the relationship between job satisfaction with organizational citizenship behavior on the employees in the central office of Muamalat Bank Indonesia. This research was carried out over the past two months, started from December until February 2018. Research methods used survey method with the correlational approach. The population in this research is all employees at the Central Office of Muamalat Bank Indonesia totaling 3023, and the population reached amounted to 130 employees. The sample used in this study amounted to 95 employees who are taken on the basis of Proportional Random Sampling techniques. Data on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) (Y) and Job Satisfaction (X) is the primary data obtained from a questionnaire spread result using a Likert scale model. The technique of data analysis on the study prepared by using Microsoft Excel and SPSS version 24 starts with finding a regression equation, namely Ŷ = 59.132 + X 0.447. Results calculation test Kolmogorov-Smirnov Gaussian as evidenced by the results of a calculation with the level of the significant worth of 0.200. Test of linearity of regression is known of 0.000 Fhitung < Ftabel, then H0 received. Regression test with Product Moment obtained results value of 0.000 r where r > 0, then there is a positive relationship between job satisfaction with organizational citizenship behavior. The determination coefficient obtained the results of 18.0% 82.0% which was influenced by other factors not examined. Keywords : Job Satisfaction, Organizational Cintizenship Behavior
