Study Program of Diploma Degree of Office Administration, Faculty of Economics, Universitas Negeri Jakarta. Writing this paper aims to find out the public relations strategy of Den Haag Café at Hotel Salak The Heritage. The method used in writing scientific papers uses qualitative research methods by collecting data through surveys and literature study. From the results of writing, it can be seen that to change the image of the company, the role of Public Relations is needed in making a public relations strategy. Public Relations is a management function that builds and maintains good and beneficial relationships between the company and the public. Keywords : Public Relations Strategy, Public Relations.
