Abstract

ALFIYANTI APRILIANA 2016. 8143163674. Analisis Terhadap Kinerja Sekretaris Pada PT Bhumyamca Sekawan (CIBIS). Program Studi D3 Administrasi Perkantoran Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Negeri Jakarta. This scientific work aims to find out about the routine work of the secretary to the leadership at PT Bhumyamca Sekawan (CIBIS). The method used in writing this scientific paper is a descriptive analysis method using the method of collecting data through interviews and literature. From the results of writing can be known to handle a task and the role of the secretary in the office can do satisfaction analysis. And to deal with the problem of the lack of a secretary within the company by knowing the system of performance and the factors that influence the performance.
