Amalia Noviasari. 2016. 8143164393. Analisis Gaya Kepemimpinan Di Perusahaan Perbankan PT. X Pada Unit Legal and Collateral Documents Management 1. Study Program of Diploma Office Administration. Department of Economics and Administration. Faculty of Economics. Universitas Negeri Jakarta. This scientific work aims to find out the leadership style applied by leaders in the Legal and Collateral Unit Documents Management 1. Methods of scientific writing using descriptive methods with methods of collecting data using observation, literature and questionnaires. From the results of the writing it can be seen that the application of leadership styles in carrying out supervision and giving appreciation made by leaders influential on the activity of the company is very influential on the smoothness of a company. For that a leader is expected to understand the function of himself in a company other than that a leader in the application of leadership style must consider the determinant elements so that the company's performance can run effectively, namely the work situation.. Key Word : Leadeship Style, Selling Leadership Style, Leadership Function
