This paper has a purpose to know about work culture in PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia International. The method used in this research is descriptive analysis with data collection method through observation, literature study, and interview. As for the background of this writing because Indonesia is one of the counties that have the largest population in the world, the competition to become a quality human resources is very tight. The subject of this paper is an employee of PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia International. The purpose of this study is to analyze the work culture in PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia International.
