Abstract
DESTYA SYAFIRA TIARA YAMALIA. 8105151062. The Influence of Work Motivation and Job Motivation on Organizational Citizenship Behavior in PT Wijaya Karya Bangunan Gedung Tbk’s employees of Mass Rapid Transit Lebak Bulus Station project in South Jakarta. This research aims to determine the positive and significant influence between work motivation and job satisfaction on Organizational Citizenship Behavior. This study was conducted for approximately 3 months from May 2019 to July 2019. The research method used in this research is the survey method. The population in this study is employees of PT Wijaya Karya Gedung Bangunan TBK in the project for development of Mass Rapid Transit (MRT) Lebak Bulus station in South Jakarta. The samples used in this study were 62 employees based on ISAAC and Michael tables with an error rate of 5%. The test sample was an employee of the construction project of the Mass Rapid Transit (MRT) Fatmawati station in South Jakarta. Variable data OCB (Y), Work motivation (X1), and job satisfaction (X2) are primary data using Likert scale models with five answer options. The data analysis techniques in this study used SPSS 24.0. The F test result in the table Anova generates a Fhitung of 15.705 > of the Ftabel value of 3.150, it proves that X1 and X2 have an influence on Y. In the variable X1 Test T produce thitung of 2.339 > ttabel of 1.67109 (thitung > ttabel) It can be concluded that there is a positive and significant influence between the work motivation on OCB. Then the variable X2 Test T produce thitung amounting to 3.384 > ttabel of 1.67109 (thitung > ttabel) can also be concluded that the job satisfaction also has a positive and significant influence on OCB. Based on the results the data analysis has done has multiple regression equations Ŷ = 60,106 + 0, 203X1 + 0, 417X2. The coefficient of determination (R Square) test is 34.7% i.e. each variable contributes to the effect of 34.7% and the remaining 65.3% is influenced by other factors that are not researched. Conclusion of the research is positive and significantly effect between work motivation and job satisfaction on organizational citizenship behavior in PT Wijaya Karya Bangunan Gedung Tbk’s employees of Mass Rapid Transit Lebak Bulus Station project in South Jakarta.
