Abstract

Rifaldhi Harry Kurniawan Zakaria, 2019, 822316498, title of research “THE INFLUENCE OF QUALITY PRODUCT ON COSTUMER LOYALTY OF TELKOMSEL STARTER CARD (Case Study On Universitas Negeri Jakarta Students)”. Marketing Management Diploma Study Program. Faculty of Economics. Universitas Negeri Jakarta. This study aims to analyze the effect of price perceptions on customer loyalty of Telkomsel starter cards. This study uses primary data collected from the results of questionnaires to 108 respondents who use Telkomsel starter cards. The technique used for sampling is a non-probability sampling technique. Data processing methods use the Simple Linear Regression method. From the results of this study, it can be seen that product quality variables affect customer loyalty. This is indicated by the R square value of 0.195 (19.5%), while the remaining 0.805 (80.5%) is influenced by other factors not discussed in the study. In this research note that product quality have positive and significant influence to customer loyalty. Thus, the results of this research are relevant.
