Abstract
The objectives of this study are: 1) Analyze the influence of organizational culture factors on the motivation of KRI Satlinlamil Jakarta soldiers. 2) Analyze the influence of work environment factors on the motivation of KRI Satlinlamil Jakarta soldiers. 3) Analyze the influence of organizational culture factors on the performance of KRI Satlinlamil Jakarta soldiers. 4) Analyze the influence of work environment factors on the performance of KRI Satlinlamil Jakarta soldiers. 5) Analyze the influence of motivational factors on the performance of KRI Satlinlamil Jakarta soldiers. 6) Analyze the indirect influence of organizational culture on the performance of KRI Satlinlamil Jakarta soldiers through motivation. 7) Analyze the indirect influence of work environment on the performance of KRI Satlinlamil Jakarta soldiers through motivation. This study sampled 207 soldiers from a population of 429 in Sallinlamil, Jakarta. Data collection technique was done using the method of distributing questionnaires processed with the AMOS 24 program. The study used descriptive and explanatory analysis. The calculation results show that there is a positive and significant relationship between the influence of organizational culture on motivation, a positive and significant relationship between the influence of the work environment on motivation, a positive and significant relationship between the influence of organizational culture on performance, a positive and significant relationship between the influence of the work environment on performance, a positive relationship and significant indirect influence of organizational culture on performance through motivation and there is a positive and significant relationship of indirect influence of work environment on performance through motivation.
