Abstract
Human resources are important in the success of the company as well as the most valuable assets and actively participating in the role to determine the success of the company, but it is unfortunate that the company demands its human resources work beyond the limit Its ability to create conflicts and pressures in work, such as burdens and tasks are administered simultaneously and beyond the working hours that should. The continuous demands of task and work pressure that can cause stress in the worker can have an impact on the situation that saturate. All employees will feel a high working pressure in the company, if there is a loss of burnout in the work. Generally, the purpose of this research are: 1) to know the direct influence of workload on burnout, (2) to know the direct impact of workload on work stress, (3) to know the direct influence of role conflicts against burnout, (4) to know the direct influence of conflict roles against work stress, (5) to know the direct influence of work stress to burnout. This research is a quantitative study, then this research uses descriptive statistics and techniques in sampling in this study using probability sampling by the total of respondents as much as 109 using formula A. Motode used is a survey using questionnaires. The method of data analysis on this research is the validity test, reliability test and hypothesis test using the Partial Least Square (PLS) approach. Hypotheses test results show; 1) workload directly affects burnout, (2) The workload directly affects work stress, (3) The role conflict directly affects burnout, (4) The role conflict directly affects work stress, (5) Work stress directly affects on burnout.
