Roynaldi Dwima Satria, 2019: The Effect Of Work Discipline, Work Environment And Organization Commitment Toward Employee Performance On Pt Trans Retail Indonesia(Carrefour) Cabang Cempaka Mas. Skripsi, Jakarta: Human Resource Concentration, Study Program of Management, Faculty of Economic, Universitas Negeri Jakarta. This purpose of this research are to determine whether work discipline, work environment and organization commitment toward performance of employee on PT Trans Retail Indonesia (carrefour) cabang Cempaka Mas. Methods of data collection using survey method with the instrument in the form of questionnaire. The research model using descriptive and explanatory analysis. The sample of this study are 103 respondents who . Technical analysis of data using SPSS version 23 to process and analyze data research results. The results showing the existence of influence work discipline, work environment and organization commitment to performance of employee.
