Abstract

ABSTRACT MUHAMAD ARFIAN RAMADHON, The influence of Personality and Organizational Commitment to Organizational Citizenship Behaviors of Employee at PT Mega Finance Jakarta. Skripsi. Jakarta: Study Program Of Economic Education, Faculty Of Economic, State University of Jakarta. January 2017. The study aims to determine whether there is influence personality and organizational commitment to organizational citizenship behaviors of employees at PT. Mega Finance Jakarta . The research was conducted for three months from November 2016 to January 2017. The method used is survey method with correlational approach. Population in this research were are all employees at PT. Mega Finance Jakarta. Population affordability are all employees of marketing division amounted to 65 employees. The sample used in this research was 55 employee based of table Isaac and Michael with a sampling eror 5%, sampling technique uses using simple random sampling technique. The resulting regression equation is Y = 2,583 + 0,395X1 +0,596X2 . Test requirements analysis of the normality test Y on X1 and X2 using methods Kolmogorov- Smirnov Z and can value X1 amounted 0,200, X2 0,200 and Y was 0,200 of which were greater than 0,05 then data normal distribution. Test linearity between X1 and Y generate value significance 0,000 and between X2 and Y generate value significance 0,000 because the significance value less than 0,005 so between X1 and Y and X2 and Y has a linear relantionship. Resulting from multicolinearity test result Tolerance of 0,236 is great than 0,1 and VIF is 4,234 less than 10, it can be concluded that there was not trouble multicolinearity. Heteroscedasticity test with Spearman’s rho test, significance value X1 0,769 and X2 0,771 greater than 0,05 then there is no problem heteroscedasticity. F test can be know Faritmethic 266,588 > Ftabel 3,18. t test produces taritmetic of personality 5,855>ttabel 1,674 . taritmetic of organizational commitment 5,738 >ttabel 1,674. The coefficient of determination obtained result of 91,1%. To improve employee attitudes OCB company should pay attention to aspect of personality and organizational commitment. It is conclude that are significant positive and significant correlation between personality and organizational commitment to organizational citizenship behaviors of employee at PT Mega Finance Jakarta.
