Abstract

ABSTRACT ASTRI RAMADHANI, Differentiate Organizational Citizenship Behavior Based On Job Tenure at PT. Tata Olah Primarasa . Script, Jakarta: Concentration in Office Administration Education. Study Program of Economic Education, Economic and Administration Department, Faculty of Economics, Universitas Negeri Jakarta. 2012 The research is held at PT. Tata Olah Primarasa, South Jakarta on November 2011. The purpose of this research is to get a valid and reliable fact to know how far the differentiation organizational citizenship behavior perceived based on job tenure. The method that used in this research is survey method by causal comparative approach, while the collecting data from PT. Tata Olah Primarasa, South Jakarta. The population research was all employees at PT. Tata Olah Primarasa is 90 employees. Then, the samples were 72 employees consisted of 42 employees who have new job tenure (0-5 years) and 30 employees who have sufficient job tenure (6-10 years). The normality test by using liliefors formula, got the higher value L count = 0.1022, L for n = 42 with significant level 0.05 is 0.1367. L count < L table for group X 1 table . As the result, the data has normal distribution. Next, in normality test by using liliefors formula, got the higher value L = 0.1207, L table for n = 30 with level significant 0.05 is 0.1618. L for group X 2 count . That means the data has normal distribution. In homogeneity test with formula F obtained by F count = 1.21 and F = 1.81, therefore 1.21 < 1.81(Fcount < F table table(0.05;41/29) ). As the result the variance group I and group II is homogeneous. The next step is hypothesis test. According to the result of calculation by t-test isobtained by t = 3.61. Then, the value is compared by significant level = 0.05 that is 5% (0.05) with degree of freedom counter one and degree of freedom denominator (n-2) = 70 is 2.00. By comparing t count count and t table < L is obtained by t= 3.61 > t = 2.00 based on the decision making criterion which have been compiled if –t tabel count < -t table or t count > t table , finally it can be concluded that H is accepted that means hypothesis of research accepted. According to the research result, in sum up that there is differentiate organizational citizenship behavior based on job tenure.
