Abstract
Tizara Fanisa, 2020 ; The Influence of Career Development and Job Satisfaction on Organizational Commitment at PT X Minithesis, Jakarta : Human Resources Management Concentration, Bachelor’s Degree of Management, Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta, 2020 The purpose of this research are : 1) To find a description of the career development, job satisfaction and organizational commitment at PT X, 2) To determine whether there is an influence of career development on organizational commitment, 3) To determine whether there is an influence of job satisfaction on organizational commitment, 4) To know whether research conducted has met the feasibility of the model. The sample of the research are 100, research data retrieval by survey method and the data processed with SPSS version 23, this research using descriptive and explanatory analysis. The results of regression showed that job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment then the career development has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment Keywords : job satisfaction, career development and organizational commitment and PT X
