Scientific work it has the background in the development of the freight forwarding industry. Writer conducting research aimed to find out about the effect of rates service company of delivery goodsMetode penelitian yang digunakan adalah dengan pendekatan kualitatif dan jenis data yang digunakan adalah data primer yang dimana data tersebut dikumpulkan melalui wawancara dan analisis data hasil wawancara, serta dalam penelitian ini teknik analisis data dengan analisis studi kasus. The research method is qualitative approach, the data used is primary data in which the data is collected through interviews and data analysis of interview results, and in this study data analysis techniques with case study analysis. From the research identified with an analysis PT Pos Indonesia has a cost indicator that is used in determining the tariff set to consumers in this service, the costs are calculated in detail according to what consumers will use. Calculated according to weight, volume, distance, and other expenses incurred in the process of shipping the goods. In the process, PT. Pos Indonesia uses full costing, so that all activities inherent in shipping goods will be counted as tariffs that will be charged to consumers. As well as income from PT Pos Indonesia is influenced by demand from consumers, so the higher the demand for the use of these delivery services, the higher the income that will be received by PT Pos Indonesia. However, this will apply the opposite, if the demand decreases, it will reduce the level of income received by PT Pos Indonesia. Therefore, PT Pos Indonesia should improve the quality of service, maintain the suitability of prices given to consumers with good service quality. Conducting a review of the rates that have been determined in a specified period of time, as a real and up-to-date calculation according to the capabilities and needs of consumers. As well as maintaining income stabilization for a good life cycle in the company. Key Words : Acceptance of Rates, Increased Revenue
