Abstract

Ahmad Ihsan Maulana, 8105163437, The Influence of Organizational Climate and Organizational Commitment on Organizational Citizenship Behavior at PT. Harmony Land Group, Thesis, Jakarta: Faculty of Economics, Jakarta State University, 2020. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of organizational climate and organizational commitment on organizational citizenship behavior at PT. Harmony Land Group. The research method that researchers use is a survey method with a descriptive approach, the population used is all employees of PT. Harmony Land Group. The model in this study uses multiple regression analysis models. The analysis technique used in this study was using the SPSS version 25 program for hypothesis testing. In this study also examined the effect of the independent variable on the dependent variable. The analysis technique carried out in SPSS includes five stages, namely the analysis requirements test, classical assumption test, multiple regression analysis test, hypothesis testing, and determination coefficient analysis test. The results obtained are that organizational climate has a positive effect on organizational citizenship behavior, organizational commitment has a positive effect on organizational citizenship behavior, and organizational climate and organizational commitment have a positive effect on organizational citizenship behavior.
