Abstract
Keshya Indriani. 1703517055. Analysis Participative Leadership Style in Planning Section of The National Library of Indonesia. DIII Office Administration Study Program. Faculty of Economics. State University of Jakarta. 2020. This Scientific Work aims to find out the leadership style in the Planning Section of The National Library of Indonesia and understand the appropriate leadership style to be applied in an organization. The method used in this Scientific Work is descriptive method and data collection method through literature study and observation study. The results of the analysis show that the leadership style adopted by the Head of the Planning Section of The National Library of of Indonesia is a participative leadership style that is considered ideal for application in an organization or company.
