Abstract

PUTRI KHAIRUNUFUS. 2017. 1703517034. ANALYSIS THE EFFECTIVENESS OF INTERPERSONAL COMMUNICATION IN GENERAL DIVISON AT PERUM BULOG. Diploma Office Administration Program Study, Faculty Economics, Jakarta State University. The Scientific work was written aimed at describing and knowing how to effectiveness of interpersonal communication in general divison Perum BULOG. The method used in writing this scientific work is descriptive analysis. Method collection various data through observation and literature review. Based on the results of research on the effectiveness of interpersonal communication, shows the problems that occur due to each communication participant can’t feel empathy with each other and also in capturing the perception of interpersonal communication information received is not appropriate. For that it’s necessary to increase effectiveness in interpersonal communication by applying the characteristics of effectiveness interpersonal communication and knowing how to capture perceptions in effective interpersonal communication.
