Abstract

Nadila Aryanti, 2020; The Influence Of Self Efficacy and Motivatio On Job Satisfication Of Jakarta Head Office Of National Civil Service Agency, Thesis, Jakarta: Concentration In Human Resource Management, Management Study Program, Faculty Of Economics, State University Of Jakarta. The purpose of the research are: To know 1) The description of self efficacy, motivation and job satisfication of head office of national civil service agency, 2) To determine whether there is an influence of self efficacy on job satisfication of head office of national civil service agency, 3) To determine whether there is an influence of motivation on job satisfication of head office of national civil service agency, 4) The research model of self efficacy and motivation in predicting job satisfication of head office of national civil service agency Jakarta. This research is taken 127 employees of head office of national civil service agency Jakarta. The techniques of data collection used survey method by distributing questionnaires, and the data processed with SPSS 24. The research using descriptive and explanatory analysis. This results of regression showed that there is positive influence and significant between self efficacy on job satisfication, there is positive influence and significant between motivation on job satisfication. And research model of self efficacy and motivation can predict job satisfication of head office of national civil service agency to the value of Fcount> Ftable (71,251 > 1,40) and value of significant (0,000 < 0,05). R2 value or coefficient of determination in the study amounted to 0.527 or 52.7%. This shows that self efficacy and motivation can predict significantly to job satisfication at Of Head Office Of National Civil Service Agency Jakarta By 52.7%.
