Abstract

ABSTRACT Kurnianingsih, Ida. The Correlation Between Organization Culture With Organizational Citizenship Behvior On Employee In Government Of Bekasi City. The Study Program Education Economic, Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta, June 2016. This research was aimed to obtain valid and reliable data about the correlation between organization culture with Organizational Citizenship Behavior On Employee In Government Of Bekasi City. This research during two months March until April 2016. The research was conducted by survey method with correlational approach and using primary data (organization culture and Organizational Citizenship Behavior) The sampling technique in this research using Proportional Random Sampling technique. The population in this research were all employees at Government Of Bekasi City. Affordable population in this research were Setda Bekasi City Employees, amount to 230 employees. Total of samples used were 139 employees research. Based on test requirement analysis, the data is normally distributed by linier regretion equation Y = 45,17 + 0,469X. Based on result of hyphotesist testing can be seen that there is a significant relationship of the between organizational culture and Organizational Citizenship Behavior with t test, in which t count was 7,33 and t table was 1,65. Based on calculation of coefficient correlation for organizational culture (X) to Organizational Citizenship Behavior (Y) was 0,531 which is shows that the correlation is strong enough. Based on calculation of the coefficient determination was obtained 0,2815 or 28,15%. It showed that 28,15% of organization culture affect OCB employees, while the remaining 71,85% is influenced by other variables that are not described in this model.
