Abstract

RAMDANI MURDIANA. Influence between Achievement Motivation and Job Satisfaction on Organizational Commitment Lecturer at the University of Muhammadiyah Sukabumi. In Jakarta City. Commerce Education Studies Program, Department of Economics and Administration, Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta. This study aims to gain the proper knowledge to obtain empirical data and facts are accurate, legitimate, valid, and can be trusted and relied on the relationship between achievement motivation with organizational commitment , job satisfaction with organizational commitment , achievement motivation and job satisfaction with organizational commitment lecturer at the University of Muhammadiyah Sukabumi. This study used survey method with the correlational approach. This type of research is using descriptive research. The Place of research conducted at the University of Muhammadiyah Sukabumi. The population in this study is lecturers of the University of Muhammadiyah Sukabumi as many as 146 people. While the sample in this study is lecturers at the University of Muhammadiyah Sukabumi as many as 59 people. The sampling technique was used purposive sampling. The collection of data by distributing questionnaires. While the technique of analysis of this study using SPSS version 22. The hypothesis of this study indicate that: (1) There is a positive relationship between achievement motivation with organizational commitment, the hypothesis is proved by the value of r = 0.705 and tcount (6.090) > ttable (1.67 ). (2) There is a positive relationship between job satisfaction with organizational commitment, the hypothesis is proved by the value of r = 0.619 and tcount (4.436) > ttable (1.67). (3) There is a positive relationship between achievement motivation and job satisfaction with organizational commitment, the hypothesis is proven by multiple correlation values and the values obtained for Fhitung > Ftabel or 47.435 > 3.16. Multiple regression equation obtained was Ŷ = 44.134 + 0.438 (X1) + 0.299 (X2). The correlation between the achievement motivation and job satisfaction with purchasie decision obtained from the result of determination (R2) as big as 0.629 . So the ability of the variable achievement motivation and job satisfaction to describe the simultaneous buying decisions by 62.9% while the rest influenced by other factors outside of achievement motivation and job satisfaction.
