Abstract
ABSTRACT NALENDRA AKHIR YANOTAMA. Correlation Between Interpersonal Communication With Morale By Employee At Gannisa & Jenar Conselour At IP (Intelektual Properti), Research Paper, Jakarta : Study of Office Administration Education Program, Economic and Administration Departement, Faculty of Economic, Universitas Negeri Jakarta, 2013. This research conducted to know the correlation between the used of interpersonal communication with morale by employee at Gannisa & Jenar Conselour At IP. The method of research is survey method with correlation approach. The populations research was all of employees with total 72 employees, with 58 employees for proporsional random sampling. For collecting a both of research variable data, instrument that used for X variable data (interpersonal communication) and Y variable data (morale) are using kuosioner with likert scale. Before used, that it has construct validity test by validation process, that is correlation test using Alpha Cronbach formula. Reliability X variable (interpersonal communication) is 0.912 and the reliability Y variable (morale) is 0.859. The analysis test by finding regression equations, that is Y = 32.13+0,522X. After that data normality test by using liliefors formula and the result is L count = 0.088. in significant level 0,05 and L table = 0.116 so L count < L table. Mean that the mistake of prediction regression X to Y has normal distribution. For regresion significancetest and the result is, F count (25.75) > Ftable (4.02). Showing that, it has significance regression. While regression linearity test F count (0.76) < F table (1.91) showing that, is rxy = 0.561 continued by using correlation coefficient significance test with t-test. Counting result tcount = 5.07 while ttable = 1,68 and so, t count > ttable. It means that there are significance and positive correlations interpersonal communication with morale. The conclusion of the research have shown that there is a positive correlations between interpersonal communication with morale. With determination coefficient test is 31.50 %, it means that morale variable (Y) determined by 31.50 % the interpersonal communication (X).
