Abstract

ABSTRACT ANDRESSA WINDARI SYAH ANZAMI. Relationship Between Organizational Climate with Job Satisfaction of employees Kranggan Cooperative Market in East Bekasi. Thesis, Jakarta. Concentration of Economic Education Cooperative Education Program Economics Department of Economics and Administration Faculty of Economics, University of Jakarta. 2015. This study aims to determine the relationship between Organizational Climate with Job Satisfaction of employees Kranggan Cooperative Market in East Bekasi, for seven months from February to the month of August 2015. The method used is survey method with the correlational approach. The research population is all employees Kranggan Cooperative Market in East Bekasi as much as 84 employees and a sample used as many as 68 employees using random sampling techniques (simple random sampling). Test requirements analysis is to look for the regression equation adalah Y = 50.95 + 0,344 X. Liliefors normality test results produce L tabel L hitung = 0.070 whereas for n = 100 at the 0.05 significance level was 0.087 because Lhitung <Ltabel the variables X and Y have normal distribution. In a hypothesis test, significance test and regression linearity test using the table Analysis of Variance (ANOVA). The significance of the regression test results produce Fhitung (33.33)> F table (3.99) which means that the regression equation regression linearity signifikan.Uji produce F hitung (0.71) <F table (1.87) thus concluded that the linear regression equation , Using a correlation coefficient test of Pearson Product Moment generating r xy = 0,579. Furthermore, the correlation coefficient significance test by using t-test, produce thitung (5.77)> t table (1.67). Based on the results of these studies concluded that there is a moderate level and significant relationship between organizational climate and job satisfaction of employees. With a coefficient of determination or the determination of test results obtained 33.55% variance of job satisfaction (Y) is determined by the Organizational Climate (X). It is concluded that there is a positive relationship between Organizational Climate with Job Satisfaction of employees Kranggan Cooperative Market in East Bekasi.
