Abstract

ABSTRACT PANDU WIDIANTORO. Relationship Between Insentive with Employee Productivity on Employee of PT ARMADA AUTO TARA. Skripsi, Jakarta: Concentrations of Education Administrative Offices, Educational Studies Program in Economics, Department of Economics and Administration, Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta. 2011. This study aims to determine the relationship between intensif with employee productivity on employee of PT. ARMADA AUTO TARA. This research was conducted for three months starting from March until May 2011. The method used is survey method with correlational approach. The population is employee of PT ARMADA AUTO TARA. The sampling technique is proportional random sampling with 44 respondents. The instrument used to obtain data on variable X (Intensives) and variable Y (Employee Productivity) was measured using a Likert Scale. The data analysis technique starts by looking for a simple regression equation and the regression equation Y= 49,37 + 0,408 X, while the test requirements of the analysis are the estimated regression error normality test Y on X with L obtained Liliefors test count (0,052) < L (1,33), this means that samples come from normally distributed population. Test of significance and linier regression by using the table Analysis of Variance (ANAVA) test was obtained regression equation (28,36) > F table table (4,02) which states that the regression is very significant and regressions that produce linierity test F (1,05) < F (1,91) which indicates that the model uses linier regression. Correlation coefficient hypothesis tests conducted using the formula r table Product Moment by Pearson yield of 0,635: this means the relationship between two variables is strong. Tests of significance with t count equal to 5,33 and t value of 1,68. Because t count > t table xy table from the above study, the researcher can conclude that there is a significant relationship between Stress with employee productivity on employee of PT. ARMADA AUTO TARA. Test determination coefficient KD of 40,31%. yield. So it is concluded that there are positif and significant relationship between Intensif with employee productivity on employee.
