Abstract

NUR SEPTI FEBRIANANDA. 2010. 8143108203. Analysis of Effective Communication at PT Bank BTN (Limited), Tbk. Studies Diploma Program Secretary. Department of Economics and Administration. Faculty of Economics. State University of Jakarta. This study aims to determine the effective communication and what are the problems faced in communicating effectively. In this thesis the writer uses descriptive analysis method of collecting data through observation and literature. Based on the author's observation shows that effective communication on the Business Operation and Support Division PT Bank BTN (Limited), Tbk is not optimal, it can be seen from the following problems are poorly understood work orders, messages are rendered redundant. Therefore, it is suggested, has OBSD division schedule regular discussions between the supervisor in this department heads and employees. In order for employers to understand what are the constraints that occur in the field. Additionally, give the main points of the most important information rather than providing all the information on the reader and use the phrase concrete, specific details, and the information is clear, convincing, accurate and ethical.
