SITI AISYAH MISNIA. 2013. 8143108207. Analysis the work discipline at AJB Bumiputera 1912.Program Studi D III Sekretari. Jurusan Ekonomi&Administrasi. FakultasEkonomi. Universitas Negeri Jakarta. This paper has a purpose to know about the work discipline at AJB Bumiputera 1912. Research method that used is descriptive analysis; with using data though library and observation. From the results of the writing can be seen that the discipline needed awareness and willingness of a person to obey all company rules and social norms, work discipline of management of a business enterprise organizations to implement or follow the rules or regulations that must be complied with by all employees without exception Keywords: work discipline
