Abstract

RACHMA DITYA PUTRI. 2012. 8143097499. Internal Activities Of Public Relations In Instilling a Corporate Culture For Employees PT Fastfood Indonesia. Secretary Diploma Course. Department of Economics and Administration. Faculty of Economics. State University of Jakarta. Scientific work aims to determine the internal relations activities conducted to inculcate the culture of public relations company to its employees. The method used in this study is the type of descriptive research methods that analyze all information and activities in the research field full of internal relations public relations activities with the corporate culture. From the results of the writing can be seen that the variable is bound to create mutual understanding, creating a sense of high tolerance and reduce the gap or the influence of rank and position, which raised the familiarity that creates a harmonious relationship between employees and leaders. It can be concluded that there was good correlation of Internal Public Relation activities can be successful in instilling a corporate culture in PT Fastfood Indonesia.
