Abstract

ABSTRACT Ghina Abriani Asri, 2015; The Influence of Job Satisfaction, Job Stress and Organizational Commitment On Turnover Intention Of Employees In Service division PT. Bank X,. Skripsi: Jakarta, Human Resource Management Concentration, Management Study Program, Department of Management, Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta. The purpose of the research are:.1) To know the description of job satisfaction, job stress, organizational commitment and, employee turnover intention PT service division. Bank Bukopin Tbk, 2) To test empirically the effect between job satisfaction and turnover intention of employees to service division of PT. Bank X, 3) To test empirically the effect of job stress on employee turnover intention PT service division. Bank Bukopin Tbk, 4) In order to empirically examine the influence of organizational commitment to employee turnover intention PT service division. Bank Bukopin Tbk, 5) To test empirically the effect between job satisfaction, job stress and organizational commitment to employee turnover intention PT service division. Bank Bukopin Tbk. This research is taken 188 employees in PT. Bank X. The techniques of data collection used survey method by distributing questionnaires, which are then processed using SPSS 21.0. The research using descriptive and explanatory analysis. Data account which used is SPSS 21.0. The results of regression indicates that there is significant influence between job satisfaction on turnover intention, there is significant influence between job stress on turnover intention, there is significant influence between organizational commitment to turnover intention. Job satisfaction, job stress and organizational commitment simultaneously positive influence and significant to turnover intention through Fcount >F (57.658>3.05) and significance value (0.000 < 0.05). This research has figured out the score of job satisfaction, job stress and organizational commitment on turnover intention is 0,485 or 48,5% through the result of R2 table value while the rest is 51,5% is influenced by the other factors.
