AYU LEONITA. 2009. 8223097583. The Analysis of After Sales Service at PT. Rahayu Santosa Bogor. Program Studi DIII Manajemen Pemasaran. Jurusan Manajemen. Fakultas Ekonomi. Universitas Negeri Jakarta. This scientific work purposes to know many kind of after sales services and the implementation analysis after sales service at PT. Rahayu Santosa. In applying and monitoring after sales service are not sufficient yet and not effective, it is indicated by the complain about the quality of after sales service. Showed in the indolence in handling the damage or other complains. The method I use in this scientific work is descriptive analysis by collecting data from the library, field studying and survey in interviewing format. And analysis technique data is qualitative descriptive. From the research result, we know that based on the theory of after sales service there are 4 indicators should to do for a company, they are Complain Handling, Merchandise Return, Servicing and Repairing and also Delivery. But, in the fact PT. Rahayu Santosa does other 3 points in after sales service beside delivery, because the customer can take the good directly without delivery process. This company applies “Locko RS“ system, it is over taking in the internal location at PT. Rahayu Santosa. The conclusion for this scientific work is PT. Rahayu Santosa gives after sales service for their customer. In the real, there are only three after sales services given from PT. Rahayu santosa, they are Complain handling, Merchandise Return, Servicing and Repairing. In applying and monitoring after sales service doing at PT. Rahayu Santosa is not optimal yet. It shows by customer complain about the indolence of damage handling and other complain. It caused of the limited technician teams and this company has only 1 service center for now.
