Abstract
KANTI HERDIAN KUSUMA, 2012. 8223088138. “Analysis the effectiveness of public relation in marketing services PT Elnusa Tbk by using SWOT method”. DIII Study Program in Marketing Management, Majoring of Management, Faculty Economic Universitas Negeri Jakarta The scientific work is required for all colleges of the DIII faculty of economy majoring marketing management, as one of the requirement for Associate Degree Expert. The purpose of this scientific work is to determine the effectiveness of public relation in marketing services in PT Elnusa Tbk by using the SWOT method. In conducting this research, the author uses descriptive method. Where in the data collection is through literature, internet, and field studies on PT Elnusa Tbk. Competition in the petroleum and Gas business is increasing. PT Elnusa Tbk as the company of business petroleum and gas need strategy in determining the market and strategy to find clients/customers. There are many promotional strategies, public relation is one of these techniques. Company use this method because the direct approach is quite effective in offering services to clients/customers and with this method the company can offer and listen to the wishes of the client in the next project.
