Abstract

ABSTRACT ANDITA REYSHA. The Influence Of Job Insecurity and Organization Commitment Towards Turnover Intention Of Employee In Rumah Sakit Ketergantungan Obat Jakarta. Scientific Paper, Jakarta: Study Program of Economic Education, Concetration of Office Administration Education, Economics and Administration Department, Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta, June 2014. This Study aims to determine whether there is the influence of job insecurity and organization commitment towards turnover intention of employee in rumah sakit ketergantungan obat jakarta. The research was conducted over two month from Mei to June 2014. The research method used is survey method with the correlation approach. The research population was all employee of Rumah Sakit Ketergantungan Obat Jakarta as much 200. The sample used as many as 80 employee by using proportional random sampling. Data variable Y (Turnover Intention), variable X 1 (Job Insecurity) and the data variable X (Organization Commitment) questionnaire using likert scale. Techniques of data analysis using SPSS 17.0. From the result of Ftest, found that F count (14,454) > F (3,15). This means that X 1 and X 2 simultaneously affect the Y. T test produce t is (4,490) = t table (1,998) and X 2 (-2,312) = - t table (-1,998). Because- t ,it can be concluded that there is a influence on the job insecurity and organization commitment towards turnover intention. Then a coefficient of determination of test results obtained 0,318 or 31,8% variable Y determined by X 1 2 table coun tcount and X .Based on the result of regretion model, regression equation obtained is. Beside that, the result of R eqqual to 0,318 wich means that job insecurity and organization commitment can explained turnover intention eqqual to 31,8% and 68,2% explained with another variabel.
