Abstract

Sugeng Indra Hagiarto, 8105142689, The Influence of Compensation and Job Satisfaction on Job Productivity at PT. Tokai Dharma Indonesia. Script, Jakarta: Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta. 2018. This study aims to determine whether there is influence of compensation and job satisfaction on job productivity at PT. Tokai Dharma Indonesia. This study took four months, starting from January 2018 to April 2018. This research was conducted by using survey method. The population in this study amounted to 124 employees. Based on the table Isaac and Michael the number of samples in this study as many as 89 respondents. The technique of selecting respondents using proportional random sampling, that is using proportional random method. For data processing, researchers processed the questionnaire by using Likert scale. Job Productivity Variables (Y) is secondary data obtained from the company. Another case with the variable Compensation (X1) and Job Satisfaction (X2) are the primary data in the form of research questionnaires. Data analysis technique used is, first test requirement analysis consisted of test of normality and test of linearity. The second test classical assumption tests consist of multicolinearity test and heteroscedasticity test. The third multiple linear regression tests. Fourth hypothesis test that contains t test and F test. The last calculation of coefficient of determination t calculation for Compensation variables 5.843 and tcount for job satisfaction variable 4.011, which is ttable equal to 1.666. It means there is significant partial influence of Compensation and Job Satisfaction on Job Productivity because tcount > ttable. While Test F has a value Fcount of 144.513 which Ftable has a value of 3.10 where Fcount > Ftable. Thus it can be concluded that there is influence simultaneously between variables Compensation and Job Satisfaction on Job Productivity. Multiple regression equation obtained result Ẏ = 570.584 + 0.814X1 + 0.512X2. The coefficient value of determination R2 is 0.771. The value shows the variables Compensation (X1) and Job Satisfaction (X2) affect Job Productivity (Y) as much as 77.1%. Keywords: Job Productivity, Compensation, Job Satisfaction
