Abstract

Famella Zefanya, 2018: The Effect of Financial Compensation, Work Motivation and Internal Control Employee Performance. State University of Jakarta.54 Supervisor: (1) Dr. Rida Prihatni, SE, M.Si., Ak., CA (2) Nuramalia Hasanah, SE, M. Ak This research aims aims to examine the Effect of Financial Compensation, Work Motivation and Internal Control of Employee Performance. In accounting perspective, companies give priority to financial and employee importance. Dependent variable in the form of Employee Performance measured using likert scale. Meanwhile, for independent variables such as Financial Compensation, Work Motivation and Internal Control is measured also with Likert scale. This research was conducted for seven months since February 2018 until August 2018 The research method used is survey method with quantitative approach. This research uses primary data obtained through the distribution of questionnaires with a population of 827 employees and a sample of 240 employees. In determining the sample of researchers using probability sampling method (random sample) and the technique with simple random sampling. This research uses multiple linear regression analysis method, to test the hypothesis with the help of SPSS 16. From the results of the analysis conducted in this reasearch can be concluded that Financial Compensation partially has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance, Work Motivation partially has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance, and Internal Control partially has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance. In this study, the independent variables are only able to explain Employee Performance as the dependent variable as much as 16.1%, while the rest can be explained in other variables outside this research. Keywords: Financial Compensation, Work Motivation, Internal Control and Employee Performance.
