Abstract
The purpose of this research is to know: (1) Description of organizational commitment, motivation and employee job satisfaction of Infrastructure Division PT X Region of Jakarta, (2) The influence of organizational commitment on employee job satisfaction of Infrastructure Division PT X Region of Jakarta, (3) The influence of motivation on employee job satisfaction of Infrastructure Division PT X Region of Jakarta, (4) Organizational commitment and motivation has significant predictability to employee job satisfaction of Infrastructure Division PT X Region of Jakarta. This studi took a sample of 80 employees of Infrastructure Division PT X Region of Jakarta. This Research uses descriptive analysis and explanatory. The results of this study indicate that: (1) Organizational commitment has a positive and significant influence on employee job satisfaction of Infrastructure Division PT X Region of Jakarta, (2) Motivation has a positive and significant influence on employee job satisfaction of Infrastructure Division PT X Region of Jakarta, (3) This research has fulfilled the prediction F test/ Model Feasibility test. The coefficient of determination in this research is 53,3%. This shows that organizational commitment and motivation can predict significantly to employee job satisfaction of Infrastructure Division PT X Region of Jakarta of 53,3%.
