Abstract

ABSTRACT Dina Iswara. 8105132142. The Influence Of Work Environment And Work Motivation On Work Performance On Employees PT Asuransi Jiwa Bumi Putera Kota Tangerang. Thesis, Jakarta: Education Program Administration Office, Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta. 2017. This study aims to determine whether there is an influence between Work Environment and Work Motivation on Job Performance in PT Asuransi Jiwa Bumi Putera Kota Tangerang. This research was conducted in April 2017 until June 2017. The research method used is survey method Population in this research that is Life Insurance Employee Bumi Putera totaling 120 employees. The sampling technique used in this study is proportional random sampling, the number of samples to be taken from the population is 89 people. Data collection techniques used survey techniques, documentation and questionnaires. To obtain data Employee Work Performance (Y), done by calculating the work of employees. Then work environment data (X1) and Work Motivation (X2) obtained from the results of questionnaire distribution to the respondents. Technique of data analysis performed is test of requirement analysis consisted of normality test and linearity test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test, hypothesis test consisting of F test and T test. Based on the result of analysis it is known that there is a partial influence between Environment Employment and Employee Performance. Can be seen from the results of data analysis is known that the value of t count of 3,083> ttable value of 1,666. Then it is known there is a partial influence between Work Motivation and Job Performance Employees. Can be seen from the results of data analysis known that the value of t count of 6,034> ttable value of 1.666. Work Environment and Work Motivation simultaneously affect the Job Performance Employees, it is seen from the data that shows the value of Fcount of 54,629> Ftabel value of 3,10. With regression equation obtained is Y = "14,.797 + 0,511" "X" _ "1" "+ 1,012" "X" _ "2". Based on the determination coefficient test obtained value R2 0,560 which means Work Environment (X1) and Work Motivation (X2) has an effect of 56,0% on Employee Work Achievement (Y) Keywords: Job Performance Employee, Work Environment, Work Motivation
