Abstract

The objectives of this study are: 1) Knowing the description of physical work environment, work discipline and job satisfaction of employees of PT Pelabuhan Tanjung Priok. 2) To find out whether the physical work environment has an effect on employee job satisfaction at PT Pelabuhan Tanjung Priok. 3) To find out whether work discipline has an effect on employee job satisfaction at PT Tanjung Priok Port. Methods of collecting data using survey methods with instruments in the form of questionnaires. The object of this research is 200 respondents who are employees of PT Tanjung Priok Port. This study uses descriptive and explanatory analysis. The results of this study indicate that: (1) Physical work environment related to employee job satisfaction at PT Pelabuhan Tanjung Priok, (2) Work discipline has an influence on employee job satisfaction at PT Pelabuhan Tanjung Priok Work Employees of PT Pelabuhan Tanjung Priok
