Abstract

AKBAR PRAYOGA, 8105152804, The Effect of Digital Literacy and Attitudes on 21st Century Learning Skills in Class X Students at the Jatinegara District Senior High School, East Jakarta. Thesis, Jakarta: Faculty of Economics, Jakarta State University. 2019. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of digital literacy and attitudes towards 21st century learning skills in students at the Jatinegara District Senior High School, East Jakarta. This research was conducted for three months, namely March-May 2019. The method used in this study was the survey method. The population in this study were all students of class X in 3 Senior High Schools in East Jakarta, amounting to 432 students, referring to the Isaac and Michael tables, the number of samples in this study were 191 respondents. The technique of selecting respondents uses proportional random sampling, which uses proportional random methods. For data collection researchers use a Likert scale. The three variables are 21st Century Learning Skills (Y) and Digital Literacy (X1) and Learning Attitudes (X2) which are the primary data obtained from the distribution of research questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is, first, the analysis requirements test consisting of a normality test and a linearity test. Both classic assumption tests consist of multicollinearity test and heteroscedasticity test. The third multiple linear regression test. The four hypothesis tests contain t test and F test. The last calculation is the coefficient of determination analysis. tcount in the digital literacy variable of 2.998 and tcount in the learning attitude variable of 12.333. Where ttable is 1.972 this means that there is a significant partial effect of digital literacy variables and attitudes towards learning skills. Because tcount > ttable while for Test F, the results of Fcount are 96.002 > Ftable of 3.00. Where it can be concluded that there is a simultaneous influence between the variables of digital literacy and attitudes towards learning skills because of Fcount > Ftable. The multiple regression equation results in Ŷ = 2.399 + 0.307X1 + 0.637X2. The coefficient of determination R2 is 0.505. This means that digital literacy variables (X1) and attitudes (X2) affect learning skills (Y) by 50.5% Keywords: Digital Literacy, Attitude, 21st Century Learning Skills
